Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, and with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return label from us along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return beforehand will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, e.g.  perishable goods (e.g.  food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g.  special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g.  beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or vouchers.

Exchange
The return of the received item is the fastest way to get the desired item. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate transaction.

European Union – 14-day withdrawal period
Regardless, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, and with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. In case of approval, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (z.B. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the costs of returning the goods.
