Note on delivery times and shipping costs
The shipping times and costs stated on our product pages, in the shopping cart and at the checkout are binding. Agreed delivery dates refer to the provision of the goods for handover or shipping at the factory or distribution warehouse. Our delivery obligation is suspended as long as we have not received or been informed of the necessary execution documents and all information required for order processing.
Delivery
Delivery is made free curbside (street edge). This means that the goods will be unloaded at the nearest accessible point for the delivery service.
Delivery to the front door, into the garden, or into the apartment, as well as assembly or installation, are not included in the delivery scope.
Please ensure that the delivery address is accessible by a truck and that suitable equipment or personnel are available for further transport.
