FOR GORILLER^® BLACKBACK, SILVERBACK, JUNGLE, KING

This warranty applies to the countries of the European Union. The statutory rights of the customer in case of defects according to §§ 437 ff. BGB remain unaffected and are not limited or changed by this warranty. The exercise of statutory rights is free of charge.

Warranty Conditions

The warranty is provided by Living Handel GmbH for the GORILLER brand and is valid exclusively for the first buyer, provided that the purchase is made through an authorized dealer.The warranty covers the defect-free condition of the products under the following conditions and limitations:

• Non-transferable: The warranty is non-transferable and cannot be extended by a representative of Living Handel GmbH.
• Installation: Installation must be carried out in accordance with the enclosed instructions as well as applicable regional and national building and fire safety regulations.
• Excluded damages: The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, insufficient maintenance, grease fires, environmental influences, accidents, modifications, misuse, or negligence.
• Parts from other manufacturers: If a part from another manufacturer is used, the warranty is void
• Non-covered damages: Damages such as scratches, dents, paint damage, discoloration due to heat exposure, corrosion, or damage from abrasive or chemical cleaning agents as well as chipping on porcelain-coated parts are excluded from the warranty.
• Replacement parts: If a part becomes unusable within the warranty period (e.g., due to rusting through or burning through), a replacement part will be provided.
• Duration of warranty: Three years from the date of purchase, Living Handel GmbH may at its discretion terminate warranty obligations and refund the wholesale price of the defective part to the original purchaser.
• Costs: Living Handel GmbH does not cover costs for installation, labor, or any other expenses related to the installation of a warranty replacement part.These costs are excluded from the warranty.
• No liability for indirect damages: This warranty does not cover incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. 
• Disclaimer: Living Handel GmbH is not liable for overheating, damage due to environmental influences (such as strong winds) or inadequate ventilation, as well as for weather damage (e.g., hail). Damage due to rough handling, aggressive chemicals, or cleaning agents is also not the responsibility of Living Handel GmbH.
• Proof of warranty claims: In the event of a warranty claim, the purchase receipt or a copy thereof must be presented. Living Handel GmbH reserves the right to inspect the product or part of it before fulfilling the warranty obligation. 
• Transport and export costs: Living Handel GmbH does not cover transport or labor costs, nor export duties.
