Guarantee agreement

FOR GORILLERS® BLACKBACK, SILVERBACK, JUNGLE, KING

This guarantee applies to the countries of the European Union. The customer's statutory rights in the event of defects pursuant to Sections 437 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB) remain unaffected and are not limited or modified by this guarantee. Exercising these statutory rights is free of charge.

  • Stainless steel tube burner
  • Stainless steel flame deflector
  • Ceramic side burner (excluding grid)
  • Ceramic Infrared Burner for Rotisserie (excluding grid)
  • Stainless steel grill grates
  • Cast iron grill grates
  • Stainless steel tube burner
  • Other parts (excluding batteries and lamps)
  • Cast iron burner


Warranty conditions

The warranty is provided by Living Handel GmbH for the GORILLER brand and applies exclusively to the original purchaser, provided the purchase is made through an authorized dealer. The warranty covers the freedom from defects in the products under the following conditions and limitations:

  • Non-transferable: The warranty is non-transferable and cannot be extended by a representative of Living Handel GmbH.
  • Installation: Installation must be carried out in accordance with the enclosed instructions and applicable regional and national building and fire codes.
  • Excluded Damage: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, inadequate maintenance, grease fires, environmental influences, accidents, modifications, misuse, or neglect.
  • Spare parts from other manufacturers: If a spare part from another manufacturer is used, the warranty will be void
  • Damage not covered: Damage such as scratches, dents, paint damage, discoloration due to heat, corrosion or damage caused by abrasive or chemical cleaning agents, as well as chipping of porcelain-coated parts are excluded from the warranty.
  • Spare parts: If a part becomes unusable within the warranty period (e.g. due to rust or burning through), a replacement part will be provided.
  • Warranty period: Three years after the date of purchase, Living Handel GmbH may, at its sole discretion, terminate the warranty and refund the original purchaser the wholesale price of the defective part.
  • Costs: Living Handel GmbH does not cover installation, labor, or other expenses associated with the installation of a warranty replacement part. These costs are excluded from the warranty.
  • No liability for indirect damages: This warranty does not cover incidental, consequential or indirect damages.
  • Disclaimer: Living Handel GmbH assumes no liability for overheating, damage caused by environmental influences (such as strong winds), inadequate ventilation, or weather damage (e.g., hail). Living Handel GmbH is also not responsible for damage caused by rough handling, aggressive chemicals, or cleaning agents.
  • Proof of Warranty Claims: In the event of a warranty claim, the purchase receipt or a copy thereof must be presented. Living Handel GmbH reserves the right to inspect the product or part of it before fulfilling the warranty obligation.
  • Transport and export costs: Living Handel GmbH does not cover any transport or labor costs or export duties.
