The ones on our Product pages, in the Shopping cart and in Check out The stated shipping times and costs are binding. Agreed delivery dates refer to the goods being ready for handover or shipment at the factory or distribution warehouse. Our obligation to deliver is suspended until we have received the necessary production documents and all information required for order processing.
