Refund policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the problem.
Exceptions/Items not eligible for return
Certain items cannot be returned, e.g. B. perishable goods (e.g. B. food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (e.g. B. special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (e.g. (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or vouchers.

Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
European Union – 14-day cancellation period
Regardless, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. You have 14 days to cancel or return your order without giving a reason, provided the goods are shipped within the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and process your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive your refund within 10 days. We will automatically issue a refund to your original payment method within one business day. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (z.B. You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract (e.g., by letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the costs of returning the goods.
